The BPW manages the C. Wendall Alfred Water Production facility and wellfield, where water is sourced from the Columbia Group-Pocomoke aquifer. The BPW treats and tests the water in compliance with regulatory mandates before distributing it through its own infrastructure, which it also maintains.
