Financial Advisory Committee
Established on October 28, 2021, via Resolution 21-005, the Finance Committee serves in an advisory capacity to the BPW Board. The committee’s primary focus is to periodically review the charter and policies related to BPW finances, providing summaries and recommendations to the Board. While the committee does not possess decision-making authority, its insights are invaluable in guiding the Board’s financial strategies.
Committee Composition
The committee comprises a minimum of seven members and no more than nine. The structure includes:
